👨🏿‍👩🏿‍👧🏿‍👦🏿🌍 International Day of Families: when environmental commitment is passed down from generation to generation.

👨🏿‍👩🏿‍👧🏿‍👦🏿🌍 In Cameroon, at the Moinkoing nursery – Mayo Banyo Project, environmental commitment is a family affair.

Every day, Armand Keyoum takes part in reforestation activities and supports the development of the project within his community.

By his side, his wife Flora, a teacher and active member of the Femmes Solidaires (“Women in Solidarity”) group, helps sustain local initiatives that promote long-term development. Together with other women from the village, she contributes to honey production 🍯, an activity that supports families while making sustainable use of local natural resources.

And the next generation is already stepping up.

Their son Ramond raises awareness among other children about plastic waste recycling ♻️. Through his actions and commitment, he is already helping to spread the idea that a more sustainable future starts today.

At Graine de Vie Luxembourg, we believe that every project should be adapted to local realities while placing communities at the heart of change.

On this International Day of Families, we celebrate the families who are making a difference—families who, through every tree that grows, pass on important values to younger generations and help build more sustainable and resilient communities together. 🌱💚
